Snowfall is moderate here. Most Eastern and Mid US states gets more snow that us in a winter season.

This year was an exception but I think DC got some 4 times more snow than my city.

Weather has been fickle ay? I know it hasn't rained since I left California and where I am now is 15 degrees (F) over normal temps most days

Was in the UK for the flooding too, I have no luck with weather.

Actually used to speak some finnish, long forgot it though

I know a half dozen people in Berlin who have very sporadic incomes so it must be possible there.
