Ukraine. What is going on there really? What is the truth? Who is right, and who is wrong?Whom should you ask or trust; whose version of the (so-called) "truth"?Opinions differ just like cultures and languages differ in Ukraine.

Since when is the Ukraine (or more accurately Western Ukraine) an ally of the United States?By what right does the U.S. have to meddle yet again in the affairs of another nation, much lessan eastern European one which was a part of the Czarist empire and then the USSR?

Is the ultimate aim of the U.S. to add yet one more nation to NATO?

The media refers to those wanting to secede from Ukraine as "pro-Russian rebels"; while the Kiev government refers to them simply as "Terrorists". These so-called "terrorists" operate in and control the Donbass region(called in Russia as "new Russia"), the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.

We must keep in mind the old saying: "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter".Amongst the so-called "terrorists" in history we can include Yasser Arafat, Abu Nidal, George Washington, Lenin, Fidel Castro, Mao Zedong, Osama bin Laden, Che Guevara, Zapata, Ho Chi Minh, Simon Bolivar.
By this definition the Russians in Crimea who voted to secede from Ukraine and re-join Russia are terrorists.Fact is Crimea was "given" to Ukraine by Soviet Premier Krushchev as a token of peace and friendship. Since Ukraine was a part of the Soviet Union at the time, Crimea is not a part of Ukraine.
Fact is Ukraine, as was the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, the U.K., Iraq, Afghanistan, America is a patch-work of nationalities, ethnic and religious groups and languages. The river Dnieper divides the east from the west; West Ukraine is mostly ethnically Ukrainian and Ukrainian speaking. In the east are mostly Russians, and/or Ukrainian speakers of Russian, as the land is physically connected to Russia. There are large cities in the western part of Ukraine such as Kiev and Odessa where Russian is spoken as it is the "Lingua Franca" of all nationalities in the region, including former Republics of the USSR.

Now regarding the recent events in Ukraine, particularly the illegal coup-de-ta of the democratically elected government by the "Maidan" demonstrators and protestors. These Maidanists, among whom are Ukrainian nationalists, fascists, members of "Right Sector" and various other factions burned down government buildings, killed security personnel, burned alive protestors trapped inside buildings, etc.
East Ukraine, and even many in the West, did not support the removal of their president by force.Soon after the Crimeans decided not to be a part of a nation that does not respect the rule of law and democracy, and a vote to secede from Ukraine was taken, and passed. Crimea, and the hijacked Russians living there, rightfuly returned back to their homeland after 60 years.
Elections were held in Ukraine to elect a new president. Thus, we have Maidan and fascist Ukrainian forces who felt that they have a right to remove at will elected officials, and place into office any entity which suits their politics and purposes.
Soon after elections were held in Eastern Ukraine to secede from Ukraine; again the vote passed, however, the western fascist Kiev government once again did not respect the democratic process and chose to invade the east with tanks, troops, helicopters, planes, etc.
It is important to note that it was not the east that invaded the west, but the west that invaded the east. The free people of "New Russia" fought back, and while in the heat of the battle against fascist invaders accidentally shut down the passenger airliner MH17.

I am not so sure these rebels actually shot down anything. The one photo of a missile launcher with a missing missile was taken in a city under Ukrainian control, not under rebel control. I saw that on the news last night as they were airing the Russian Defense Ministry press conference in the "war room". There was also Mig or Su 25 fighter jets from the Ukrainian air force flying very close to the airliner, contrary to the Ukrainian authority's assertion that there were no military aircraft in the vicinity of the airliner's path. Lots of questions for the Ukrainians to answer at this point. I also thought the US had satellite photos of rebel missile launch, but apparently none has been presented so far.

I find it ludicrous that the Russians would give such a sophisticated and potentially deadly Buk missile system to a bunch of rebels in Eastern Ukraine. I would also find the possibility of Russians firing on an airliner really inconceivable. They have no reason to do something so stupid like this. But the Ukrainians, seeing their Eastern Campaign in tatters, have plenty of motives to orchestrate an incident like this to gain worldwide sympathies and perhaps even direct military aid against their rebel enemies. Usually, it is the losing side that has more to gain from a risky, potentially game changing move. That would be the Ukraine.

This is my opinion on what's happening there;
Did Ukrainians wanted change of their government irrespectively from the West?
I believe they genuinely did. Mostly - people from the Western/Central parts of Ukraine. Eastern Ukraine was doing better in economic sense, having its ties with Russia, so to them this forceful change was not particularly desirable.
Did the West use this situation for its own advantage? Absolutely.
Did Putin use the pro-Russian mood in the South-East of the country to his own advantage? Of course he did.
The problem I see here is that neither party have the best interests of Ukrainians at heart.
West - because its real goal is to hurt Russian interests, and Putin - because he is first and utmost preoccupied with the interests of his own regime.
The rebels ( well part of them, since you'll always find the opportunists as well in this kind of circumstances ) are the only people who righteously fight for their land, their beliefs and everything what's important to them. Now the nationalists however, on whom the new Kiev's government (backed by the West) relies upon, are a REAL problem, no matter what direction you look at that.

Briefly.
In Ukraine there was an anticonstitutional revolution with support of EC and the USA. The fascist junta which wants to get the ideology on all territory of Ukraine came to the power

The southeast areas of Ukraine occupied by mainly pro-Russian inhabitants, disagreed with such situation. Result - the Odessa slaughter, execution of inhabitants of Mariupol, terror of inhabitants, civil war.

As for 23 years after disorder of the USSR nobody was engaged in army, at junta ruling now big losses in manpower and equipment. Also in Ukraine the economic financial trouble approaches. Result: war is necessary.

And here very successfully there is a situation to the Boeing. Mass media in all accuses Russia. NATO delivers to the technician. Also it is already ready to enter REAL operations.

Summary: we on 3WOW threshold

This is what happened:

Some students and other residents from a city called KNIB were fed up with the byzantine cleptocracy, and took to the streets. The cleptocrat beat them down, and a mass movement formed on the Freedom Square, Maidan Nezhalenosti (hope that was even remotly correct). The corrupt president was removed, and the country fell in disarray.

Meanwhile, the horde from Asia decided to move westwards once again, as they wanted to feel powerful, and they have a gangster with a small penis as a leader. The Slav horde came in their Adidas tracksuits and wanted to Slav squat on Crimea, which they then unlawfully captured. They also moved into the east with their fur caps and told the locals that if you join the Asian horde, everything will be like it was in 1980.

Some of the drunk enough believed this, and took to arms supplied by the horde. The Adidas guys who comb their hair on their foreheads also told that a fascist government took power in KNIB and issued insulting laws, like mandatory showers, though they fail to realise that their own government is the most fascist in Europe. Some men were issued brown leather jackets and extra much tea and vodka, so they became the leaders. Usually these people just squat and suck on a bottle of vodka, but these decided to shoot, as the Asian horde likes that, and don't really know anything about regular human customs. Then the symphatisers of the horde filled a SAM missile system with full leather jackets and shoot down a plane filled with people who smoke pot and eat crap, and now the Adidas-guys are in real trouble.

The Asian horde has always liked to bully its neighbors, like the nerdy guy who likes to play with his knife, the guy who speaks the same way as the horde, but still prefer Nike tracksuits instead of Adidas, and the black hole nobody knows anything about, but they speak like this: vytautas krappis pantsis karlis skrastins. So these guys are especially sensitive about the horde's movements.

And 'trouble' is an understatement. And as it was noted before ...'Rossiya fuc**d up. Big time is now possibly war crime time. If somebody doesn't go to The Hague on this then the world will look upon this as an egregious travesty of justice in international affairs.
