Berlusconi was useful. With him it ended the period of partyes secret pacts:
When elected the parties made pacts of goverment all toghether.. it was unuseful if you voted socialists, communists or D.C.... in the end the winner governed with the other.
with berlisconi it became clear that the party who won ruled.

No, never! It would be a disaster if saving banks couldn't be investment banks. The banks did poorly, but banning them would be as wrong.
