I totally love that awkward photoshopped Russian propaganda, Russians were always such a tragicomic nation but with respect to their alcoholic culture it's no wonder, what else can they do ?
Imagine you live in such a country which is so rich in natural resources the average Russian should have three times higher living standard than the average US citizen, yet life expectancy of the average Russian man is on the level of the average African, average income on the bottom of Europe, major economic problem is Vodka prices raising, 90% of food is imported whilst they have one of the most fertile soil for the crop growing in the whole World, country where human life has almost no value and they are even proud of it, country where you are constantly being told how Western world is bad and falling apart and then you see hundreds of thousands of Russian emigrating there your leaders and their children living and studying there.
At some point you realize how tragicomic it looks like and then there is only way how to handle this harsh reality, lying, lying lying and rejecting what is obvious.
Oh, how could I miss this gem?
This gem from a pathetic citizen of unknown country, people of which are trying so hard to come across as "true, civilized Europeans," yet who are constantly snubbed by their admired masters as a "second sort."
You can spew your poison in frustration all you want, but your drab, insignificant so-called "civilized nation" never had and never will have the strength, the resilience, and ingenuity of Russians, their history, no matter how much you'd like to compare them to "Africans" or belittle them otherwise. Hatred that you sell here is not much of a bargain that you can offer to your masters; it's Ukraine and hatred that IT can sell - that's what the masters are interested in for the moment being. You are as insignificant as ever, so spare your efforts.

Everything he/she said about Russia is bang on the money. Hollowing out the nation's raw material resources to be shipped out at minimal cost so that the truly ingenious can add real value and wealth. If it grew up, stopped obsessing about being "feared", "being strong" or even "being noticed" and got on with creating true wealth, modernising, developing a proper, fair and truly pluralistic democracy, then it could be a truly wealthy country. Currently, the country's talents are mainly employed in corrosive military expansionism or insidious hacking activities on the internet. Until it's population goes through political puberty, it is destined to be largely impoverished and isolated from much of the developed world. So be it. Carry on and see where it gets you.

You're kidding right? In 2010 alcoholism in Russia was so bad that president Dmitry Medvedev was forced to double the price of Vodka.
He said that alcoholism in Russia was a national disgrace. As for agriculture, what exactly does Russia export? they certainly don't export anything to Europe because of sanctions. And if if what you say is true, why is the price of fruit and vegetables in Russia is sky high?
