Recently I fund the budget airline, Norweigian, which has made me realize, a European getaway is cheaper than what I originally thought. Here is my plan, please feel free to tell me where I should add to my plans.

New York-> Stockholm
Stockholm-> Copenhagen
Copenhagen->Berlin
Berlin->Paris
Paris->Rome
Rome->Barcelona
Barcelona->London
London-> New York

Also, please feel free to tell me some good hotels in each city, and also tell me your thoughts on Norweigian airlines.

How many days are you spending in each city?

also i would recommend throwing Munich somewhere in there, maybe go to Munich after Berlin and throw in Paris between Barcelona and London.

I am planning a similar trip, i've heard Norwegian airlines has a lot of hidden costs.

We were going to take a family vote to see which cities we want to visit most. Most likely, London, Barcelona, and Rome for about 3 days each. The others, Stockholm, Berlin, Copenhagen, and Paris for about 2 days.

I would trade Copenhagen for Madrid, and visit her after Barcelona.

Couple of other cities off the beaten track. Split in Croatia, Seville in Spain, Edinburgh in Scotland, Turin in Italy and St Petersburg in Russia.

Youre right! St. Petersburg is a great idea!

Frankly, I would cut down on the number of cities. Two days in a major city is hardly worth it.

To me, that sounds like a 2 month trip, not a 2 week trip.

Narrow this down to 2 or 3 cities, max. And make the cities close.

For example, 2 weeks in Italy, and visit Venice, Florence, and Rome. Or 2 weeks in Germany/Austria, and visit Rhineland, Bavaria, Salzburg and Vienna (and even that's pushing it; Vienna is a long way from most of Germany). I would never do your trip unless I had many months.

If you only see big cities, you will see very little of Europe.
