If someone has a dual citizenship in USA and France, and legally free (no warrants, debt, family, etc....), what would be required to change their legal name in France, but not in the USA? Does anyone have first-hand experience, or knowledge of the laws pertaining to name changes? How would that affect the citizenship in the other country, if at all?
