okay so i've lived in the united states my entire life, and for my entire life i've had a thorough spirit of dissidence. You could say that my biggest aspiration is to continue to be a dissident in spirit, and thoroughly argue everything all the time...and i typically avoid the rat race culture as much as possible, and i have not been employed or been enrolled in college in 4 years....

can i head to sweden or one of the most welcoming countries and apply for asylum?? ...and just say that i'm a thorough dissident and i oppose the full time employment, economic disparity and overall rat race climate of the US...and i have bills from college and all sorts that i've flat out refused to pay...can i do this and apply for asylum?

or...if not asylum, some type of thing that would consider my status not as an immigrant but seeking a better life because of a turbulent and unfitting home country... maybe someone would know if this is possible. If it is then i have a new chance @ life

As the USA is not considered by Sweden, or anywhere else, to be a failed state or war zone then no, you cannot apply for asylum.

The only chance for you is to commit a crime which warrants the death penalty. Avoid being caught and apply for asylum.

Sweden = cold, gloomy, socialist, progressive in a very cliche way not in a productive way, americanized and gladly love to follow any trend that comes out of america, feminazi rather than equalitarian, overruled.

If I was to move to Europe, I'd move to a much more color and life filled society (Spain comes to mind)

Germany is the only pan-European country whose companies and economic vitality are considered world class. If I were to seek asylum in Europe, Germany would be the destination.

If for whatever reason you are seeking asylum, you probably shouldn't be discussing it on a a public forum as expansive as this one. Please think about it.
