Must suck that you couldn't use the good old "If it wasn't for us, you all would speak German", right?
No, you would be a Soviet Bloc.

So you also insist most German people still support Hitler today, don't you?

So?

Ah, yeah. Right. Hitler. Very creative comment.

I still don't understand what the situation 70-ish years ago has to do with today's geopolitical reality? Why do our resident North Americans think that we totally depend on EUCOM when all they have in Europe is logistics troops that support their own adventures in Asia and Africa?

This.

Davy-040 insists nothing has changed since then.

I never said nothing has changed.
Just said that i don't believe only 11% of Japanese would defend their country especially if you consider that only a little bit more than a half century ago Japan was the most proud country on earth.

It has everything to do with today. German and Austrian guilt contributes to what you do today. You are terrified of being called a Nazi so you allow every refugee into your country hoping that you can change that image...The fear of being called a Nazi or racist is the fundamental basis of every decision made in Austria and Germany today, even in countries like Sweden that had nothing to do with the actions your grandparents they are scared of being called racist. Also because of your defeat 70 years ago your government takes orders from Barack Obama and didn't became a Soviet SSR. Anyone who seriously thinks this isn't the case is only kidding themselves!

Japan has the same syndrome that Germany and Austria and many other European countries have. They have been purposely neutered by their governments.

Sticking by your allies (masters) just like in 1942. You understand that you aren't an equal partner...right? Consider defending the UK or France at least they have a modicum of honour.
