It's happening in Italy? This is news to me. I'm Italian and i have never heard of millionaires escaping the country in droves and if they are, it isn't due to immigration but most likely due to taxation and more of all bureaucracy which prevents him to get business done as quickly as elsewhere

Improbable, xenophobic nonsense. Wealthy Germans, Italians, French, Dutch are not going to leave the countries where they became wealthy, where they speak the language, which is home to their culture because the immigrant population goes from 4% to 6% over a period of 5 years.

It may be a problem for their grandchildren but not for them.

They will if their taxes are dramatically increased to pay for the migrants. Merkel has proposed such a massive tax increase. When Hollanded raised the top tax rate to 70-80% a lot of wealthy French moved to London or outside of Europe. Gerard Depardieu moved to Russia.

The French tax was revoked.

To philkirkham(can't find the post...):

Israel also has the experience of dealing with that type of people. While metrosexual pats of Western Europe severely lack experience and desire to deal with those "Exotic cultures".

UN advisor: Up to 1 million migrants may leave Libya for Italy | EUROPE ONLINE
Up to 1 million but numbers will most likely not be that high. They always come up with high numbers but at the end, the most Italy has ever received was 190k in 2014 despite the Libyan Civil War, let's remember that the Central Mediterranean Route is the hardest one to cross both due to marine currents and its width (it stretches over the whole Libyan coast to the South and the whole Southern Sicilian and Jonian coast to the North), it will be a long summer for whoever works for the Italian Coastal Guard.

Italy's main risk is if immigrants manage to find an alternative route to bypass having to go from Greece but that route isn't through Libya (which most immigrants from Northern Iraq and Syria can't reach) but through Turkey or Turkey, Greece and then Albania.
