While Israel does have terrorist threats French Jews still feel more comfortable in a society where they are the majority. Also Israel is very nationalistic and unlike France is not tolerant towards Muslims and non Jewish immigrants.
A majority of French Jews that emigrate to Israel are not millionaires. Their expectations of life in Israel is higher than the reality of life. One's career in France doesn't always become one's career in Israel. French Jews are not really liked as they arrive with a "Give me" attitude. Israel is tolerant of all religions. People need to stop listening to the US left and the propaganda the Palestinian Authority puts out.

If they are Jewish Millionaires they would probably prefer New York, LA, or Miami to Israel.
Funny that Palestinian Arabs will really disagree with you. I suspect Ethiopian Jews will also raise their eyebrows as will many other non Jewish Africans.
