What do you mean?
Many courses I attend are in English, in High school I had a year of Physics in English for example (never understood the sense of it).
There are the so-called 'International schools' almost everywhere yes, often they can offer bilingual lessons or even more.
I have one example, a Catholic private school in my town offers most subjects in English, not all (German, French and Spanish are in the respective language, Religion is in Italian, Latin is in Italian, Ancient Greek as well, Math is often bilingual according to necessity).
