No doubt Catalonia will get approval from such "countries" like Abkhazia, Northern Ossetia, Donetsk Peoples Republic, Sealand, Somaliland and Northern Cyprus.

That's about it.
What about the Scottish government, that is controlled by the SNP? Though maybe they don't want to get on the wrong side of the EU.
I know that if the Quebec government was controlled by the separatists they would have certainly said something in support, but right now it is controlled by the federalists (people who want to stay in Canada).
Europe supported invaded countries, opressed countries, countries with a different past or ethnicity...
Neither of those is the case of Catalonia. This is just a tantrum which went too far. Is like if Aux en Provence wants to declare independence or if like Naples wants to do it.
Just wait for it! Can't wait to see the Catalonian autonomy into pieces just for what their own silly politicians did. From being practically a federated state where they did almost all they wanted and they had 90% of the power they could have, they just screwed their own privileges.
Ok, first I don't even support or want Catalonia independence. I myself think it is a stupid idea.
But what I have problem with exactly lies with what you have written: whether a region is oppressed, or whether they have "everything they wanted" is not up for these European countries to decide. It can be very subjective and vary across different cultures. What you just said (which you think is very justified) can easily lead to double standard when it applies to real scenario.
Just let Spain sort out things. All this "it is against the constitution" "the referendum is illegal" are all extremely lame reasons.

Scotland is a part of the UK, so it will naturally oppose this officially. Unofficially might be a different thing.
