The latest news says, that each side is accusing the other, but there is no proof either way. The Ukrainians say, Russia bombed the building to hide atrocities perpetrated on prisoners there. But Ukraine can't prove its claims, and Russia has offered no proof of its claims that Ukraine bombed its own, either.

Good news. Ukraine also has requested an international investigation.
But Ukraine now says, the proof of their claim is in the fact, that the explosion was from within the building. It didn't seriously damage or demolish the exterior, as one would expect if it had been shelled. Also, they say it was suspicious, that no Russians were wounded,and that there had been a decision a few days in advance of the incident, to move prisoners into that building, which previously had been vacant.
We'll see what the UN investigation comes up with.
NATO supplies military intelligence data, money, weapons and training to Ukraine, and now even mercenaries - so even without "Link to this news" it's clear NATO is at war with Russia using Ukrainian hands.

Well, Ukraine now has long range NATO weapons reaching deeply into Russian territory, and already destroying civilian objects and killing non-military people there, since Ukraine has full NATO support legally speaking both Ukraine and NATO can be seen as terrorists.
BTW, the US as a NATO member killed far more civilians in past wars/invasions than Russia in Ukraine , so...
That perspective only fits if you are one of the invaders or support the invaders who elected to attack a sovereign neighboring country. They are defending themselves from the Russian aggressors. IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY.

At the same time, 23 years of Putinism affected Russian ethic identity too. Russian ethnic identity is "unique" in the sense it is centered around obedience to the central authority and, not around sharing culture, customs and a way of life with other members of the Russian ethnic group. The Russian collective cheers for the death of the Russian speaking ethnic Russians from Azov, and it excommunicates anybody refusing to join Putin' bloody cult, yet it effectively adopted Chechen and Asian looking minorities commiting horrendous abuses in this war as bonafide Russian in the very ethnic sense of the word. It is a very recent, fresh from the oven development. Until now, a russified yet non Slavic looking minority could be insulted using a whole range of put downs taken from the immense Russian warehouse of the ethnic slur and insults, he was not quite a part of the club. Who knew? Russification +murder of Ukrainians (and ethnic Russians) in the name of Putin Reich would forge unheard of before "ethnic" unity of the Russian Russians and the enslaved, russified minorities.

You know very well that only die hard Putin' zombies believe that it is Chechens who blew up all those building 20+ years ago. The rest of Putin' zombie are kinda ok with a thought of FSB blowing those buidings up, if the fuhrer made a decision for a bloody propaganda op it was necessary to make that decision, the fuhrer is not only above the law, he's above the right and the wrong.
