Hey all:

Been hitting the gym real hard and been seeing muscle gains, but would like to get as shredded as possible. 163 lbs, 6', medium build with the top two or four of the six pack starting to poke through.

Unfortunately, however, eating 5-6 times a day is real hard given my busy work schedule. How can I eat frequently enough to maintain a high metabolism?

Currently, my diet is:

7am 2 cups oatmeal w/banana or blueberries, 50g protein shake
12pm or 2pm high protein lunch, like a sandwich with double meat or chicken teriyaki, hold the rice
6:30pm post workout 50g protein shake
8pm chicken breast, fish, veggies, etc

Should I add in a 10am and 4pm protein bar or something? Would that take care of it?
