Here is the workout for Friday:
5 Rounds for time
40 Jump Rope Double Unders
30 Box Jumps
20 50 pound Kettlebell or dumbbell swings
Start the clock and beging the double unders and dont stop it until the last kb/db swing is completed on the 5th round.
