How often do you give your body a complete rest from exercise?
Only one day a week. The addendum to this is for unforeseen changes; lengthy travel or getting sick. I was sick with something bad this winter and lost 3 days from the gym. That's been the longest I've missed in years.
Particularly interested in your answer if you meet the following criteria :
*workout 4 or more days a week--

*Have low/lowish body fat ---
Last check a few years back it was 8 or 9 percent.
*have a decent amount of muscle mass---
very toned; killer arms
