You don't need to COMPLETELY eliminate the lazy, unhealthy bums from your life, but make sure they don't outnumber you because their negative influences will eventually overwelm you. If you're the only healthy and fit person in a group of several unhealthy people, for instance, and the group decides to go out for lunch, where do you think the group is going? Probably the most unhealthy restaurant out there.

You should provide tiers of your services. One for training only X amount of sessions per week, one for nutrition and eating, and one for a full package of nutrition and training.
