long slow distance running. 90 minutes plus, maybe 2 or three times per week. It will work better than any pill or concoction. Try to do a few runs in a carb-depleted state which will train the body to burn fat rather than (carb-derived) glycogen.
The only carbs I eat are a sandwich for lunch. I even eat the sandwich thin buns, whole grain. I also sprint and power walk for two hours, swim for one hour, three days out of the week. The rest of the time I am doing weights, doing 300 push ups, 150 back lifts, 400 crunches, 100 pull ups, 100 lat row at 120lbs, 160lbs on the butterfly which I do 150 of those.
I am getting toned pretty quick but I want to get ripped and need a fat burning supplement.

I don't know about that, but assuming you are correct, there is still an upper limit to how much glycogen (carbs) can be stored. This is why marathoners have to take in carbs during the race (either gels or gatorade) to avoid 'bonking.'
Also if you run in a carb-depleted state, say by limiting carbs the day before, then doing a long run before breakfast, the body will use fat as fuel rather than glycogen. I know just enough to be dangerous but this info comes from Meb Keflezighi, longtime US marathoner who just won a spot on the US Olympic marathon team.

I usually do a couple long runs each week, and if I miss them (like say during the cold rainy Dec in Seattle) I tend to gain weight even though I'm still doing intervals & other work on the treadmill inside. I've heard other runners make the same comment: long runs=lost weight.
Wouldnt HIIT cardio training be the best method to shed extra fat? Ive used some fat burners in the past, but didnt really care for the way they worked, so im not going to promote them.
