Of course, its very very impressive but the true is that her results are not exclusively due to exercise. Its mostly linked to genetics, secondly diet and followed lastly exercises. I applaud the hard work.

Isn't it fairly obvious that for a person to be in top shape it requires more than just exercise.... ? Diet is perhaps one of the most important parts of being healthy.

On the other hand, even with the right genes you're not going to be in that kind of shape without taking care of yourself. Exercise and nutrition are necessary components of this kind of fitness.

Quite an inspiration. I hope I'm in that kind of shape at 73.

I was going to call B.S. on the thread until I saw the video. She does looks great, and maybe 50 years old at the most. She certainly does not look like granny.
