My schedule is such that I cannot get a every other day routine anymore( M,W,F,etc...)
I may have to go with Tu,We,Fr or Tu,Th,Fr.
Will this hurt anything or is this to frequent? I know I will not have the rest period that the every other day routine provides but I don't want to make up excuses for not working out 3 days a week.
You can easily hit the gym and workout on back to back days. I go to the gym 5 days a week, all in a row.
It all depends on how you structure your workouts so you are providing adequate rest for the muscles.
Are you lifting weights? If so, remember to not have complimentary muscle groups go back to back. For example, if on Monday you hit your back, don't do your biceps on Tuesday. Wait until at least Wednesday to hit them.
Going to the gym 3 days a week provides plenty of rest days, so you will be all set.
If you are doing whole body workouts, then I would not do consecutive days. If you are doing a split workout, then you would be fine. For example: Tues - Legs, Thurs - Chest/shoulder/triceps, Fri - Back, Biceps, abs would keep you from working consecutive body parts back to back.
Unless you're a body builder, you do not need to be working 'biceps'...unless for prehab/rehab.
Because of my schedule, I do upper/lower... sometimes I will have to do upper/lower/upper day off/lower. Or... upper/off/lower/upper/lower.
By that logic, you don't need to hit your abs directly since they get worked doing squats and deadlifts.
You can work your biceps without being a bodybuilder. The key is to not do too many sets and they get worked indirectly on back day/any pulling exercise.
You can easily do your biceps for 7-10 sets for your biceps every week.

You don't. I'm seeing my abs for the first time ever at age 27 with just squats, deadlifts, sprints, diet, and incidental walking.
I just talked to my uncle (who works in construction) and he said if you work out two days in a row, your body will go catabolic and your muscle will start to shrivel. Please stay safe.
