Not so sure. I think a lot of people DO listen to their bodies craving for pizza, beer and cake. The hard part is to train your body to crave healthier foods.

diet is the most important thing for most people because they arent exercising enough to make up for the extra calories they are going to eat if they dont control their diet.

but if you exercise enough, you can eat anything and diet doesnt matter.

Proper eating habits can help to manage a lot for weight loss. I think breakfast is the most important part to have good health. So take your breakfast on time.

It's like common sense--you know, common sense ain't so common these days. Also, when your body is in an overfed state, you get some confused signals.

Really? Like what confused signals? Yes, I am mindboggled when I hear obese people on tv say they are never full. Gosh, that sounds like a terrible thing to experience. Can you imagine eating and never ever ever getting full? What is wrong with the brain I wonder???

I grew up eating beans and rice, everything home made. I heart my mom.
First time I had fast food was a McDonalds I was about 17ish. Out with some freinds at a mall. I wanted to puke. It was horrible experience. I was sick too.
My mother told me never to eat that poison and never ate it since! My mother was so angry I went to eat a big mac, she treated it as if I smoked a joint! lol.
