Dont worry about weight, focus instead on HEALTH and FITNESS. Eat right, do cardio AND resistance (i.e., weight training) and you'll be just fine. Do these things and everything else will just fall into place.

56 kg is roughly 123 pounds on a 5'9" frame, which is pretty light. Be sure that you are eating enough for one thing.

A few months ago, I dropped down to 136 lbs. I'm 5'10", so I was roughly the same dimensions you are now. I wanted to gain weight in a healthy fashioin, but I just decided to eat everything I saw. I ate tone of Tasty Cakes (basically Hostess cupcakes, twinkies, etc.) along with my usual healthy meals and drank three protein shakes a day. I'm now about 151.

I suggest the Beer and Peanut Butter Diet. I wrote a book detailing the diet. It can be yours for the low price of $39.95. If you act now, I'll throw in a limited edition plastic spork with a handle long enough to reach the bottom of the PB jar!

OK, it's not really a book, it's more like scribbled notes on a bunch of 3x5 index cards. Some notes are washed out and hard to read, but you try writing legible notes after six beers!

Seriously, we need more info if you want real advice. Age and gender would be a good start.

You should atleast weight greater than or equal to 75 according to me! seems like you look so skinny :/ its good that you wanna gain weight but make sure that you achieve this goal in a healthy way. Take a huge but healthy diet and do exercise daily as it will help you not to store fat, but to build up the muscles by weight lifting and other exercises.
