Does anyone have tips for me to get a bigger butt by doing squats. Do I need to lift weights while doing them and how many should I be doing a day for me to start seeing results?
Why do people create new profiles here on CD, and in 20 minutes rack up 5-10 one sentence posts on different threads? Oh, I know, they do it to start trouble and/or trollish type behavior. LOL. Other account was banned or did you just decide to create a new one just for kicks?
You do your own nails, know all about car windshield installation brands and you wonder how to get a big butt from squats? LOL.

Huh? I'm a new member. Yeah I also know about Pikington and PGW because I just had mines replaced.
Thank you it's very helpful, but I'm scared I'll pop my knees doing them one legged squats.
If you're reasonably healthy, you should be fine trying them. If you have knee issues, then definitely avoid, although if you have serious knee issues you probably shouldn't be trying barbell squats as well. If your knee/leg muscles aren't strong enough at first, just try negatives and fall on your butt when you get down low.

My knees always pop so I don't know if that's healthy or not.
They're very difficult and require a good core/balance/and leg strength.
This is bad advice. You don't know the condition of the poster. .the athletic ability, etc. Here you are, advising advanced moves for someone.. that is asking about squats and a bigger ass. So, you're also going off thread topic because pistol squats won't help her get a big ass like regular squats would...
