In the gym there is never much need for going over an hour. I'm usually in and out of the gym in 45 minutes unless it's busy and I have to wait for the squat rack. Most of my routines are basic 5x5 stuff that hits everything and I don't waste time on isolation exercises.
But for cardio I do walk for 30 minutes most every day, plus do one 60-90 minute hike midweek and one 3+ hour hike on the weekends.
Anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how much time I have and my mood. And often that two hours will be split into 15 minutes here, a half hour there, another half hour, etc.
I do CF, so for the regular workout, it could be anywhere from 5 minutes to 45. Factor in stretching, foam rolling, strength WOD either before or after, 1.5 hours or so.
