I'm done to 120lbs and I started at 136lbs 7 weeks ago. It's hard for me to maintain weight. I don't know how to do this without eating unhealthy but when I do I binge. It's like an eating disorder. This is why I try not to do it. For the past 2 days I've been binge eating. The reason why I started was for a vacation trip I will be taking which has been postponed for 2 months and it will only take 2 weeks to get to the weight I was the past 2 days so what would I be doing all of this time? I don't know. I think I should start eating fish and chicken. It's been years since I ate meat. If I continue eating this way I will weight 100lbs in 2 months. That's crazy.

Why don't you add more nuts, nut butter and avocadoes to your diet?

I eat avocado already and not really a fan of nut butter, but when I eat nuts I always seem to overeat since it's good

I hear you... I'm great at losing and gaining. Lousy at maintaining.

if you start gaining weight, eat less. if you lose more weight than you want to, eat more.
