I'm all about smoothies (nutritionally and taste wise), but having one for every single meal would bore me to tears. I appreciate the textures and tastes of way too many foods to just have smoothies.

The only time I drank smoothies for a few days was when my TMJ was acting up. I hated it so much.

You will not find any really "in shape" people doing this.. At least in terms of muscularity...

You can lose weight eating ANYTHING. If that's your goal, all you have to do is consume less calories than you burn. Simple.

But then, there is the importance of WHAT you eat. That makes the difference between someone being skinny/fit or skinny/fat. You know, the girls that are "thin" but have zero muscle definition anywhere. Skin, bones, fat. Or, the girls that are the same body fat, but have visible muscle as well.

Also, people should ideally be eating more than three times a day. And the timing of the day, and what you eat at that time, is also important. Especially if you are exercising and in relation to your workout.

There is zero "natural" protein sources in these shakes. I.e. Meat, eggs, etc. There's a very slim amount from the fruits, and then some off them have added processed protein powder. If they were to add liquid egg whites (maybe they do) that would be very beneficial.

We have the nutri-bullet...where the blender also serves as the cup. No issues so far.
