So during the week, I like to eat very healthy. On the weekends, out with friends and stuff, its harder for me to stick with the diet but Monday-Thursday...I stick with the following. I end the same thing everyday, that's not a problem for me.
Breakfast - after working out, I eat a banana before I workout
Oatmeal w/ slim milk
1- 1/2 scoop of whey protein
Roughly 525 cals and 35 g of protein
Lunch
Scoop of Casein protein
Chicken Breast Sandwich with tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, and bell peppers - homemade
I use skinless boneless chicken here. I use 3-4 pieces of chicken...its a pretty thick sandwich, lol.

About an hour after that, greek yogurt
Roughly 750 cals and 100 g of protein
Dinner - this is where I think I need help. Depending what time I get home. If its pretty late, which it typically is.
Special K protein w/ slim milk
Rougly 300 cals and 20 g of protein
I'm 28, 5'11, 170-175 and I'm already pretty fit. I started using a dip belt for dips (35 pound plate) and for pullups (25 pound plate). I can bench my body weight pretty easily and I've been really working on my chicken legs...I've been told they look normal now instead of skinny so that's a big jump.
I'm not trying to get massive, I guess I want a UFC style body ala George St. Pierre. I know I drink alot of milk and I do that on purpose. I have a pretty bad soda addiction. Anytime I drink milk, I don't crave soda so its my anti-soda.
I'm trying to get to that next level. I'm going start putting some spinach on my sandwich and maybe stir fry for dinner? I get home around 8pm and go to sleep around 11pm so I want to try to eat light.
Any suggestions?
Edit: I drink coffee in the morning. I use slim milk (shocker) as my cream and 1/2 of an Equal. I drink around a gallon of water as well.
