In my early 20ties I was in very good shape and I did only variations of pull ups and push ups. It was all. If I would be capable do pull ups today I would do just it.

I've had great success with the insanity/p90x programs. Won't happen without diet. Find out your numbers, set a goal, and conquer it all.

Good Luck!

Here's what's interesting too--guess which of my kids are most likely to fall asleep in class or ***** and moan? You guessed it. The thin kids never fall asleep. I've had 3 drop out on blood sugar already this school year and what's it been? A month? I asked them how many have a diabetic in their family and all raised their hand and all mentioned more than one. This is a low income area so this little workout will be great.

It is slippery. We focus lots of our attention on those with "visible" problems. But all students should be encouraged to get active no matter what their BMI is.

I am on my phone, please forgive the typos.

Yes well, it's not like I can just pull the fat kids out and let's go run around the track. The kids who are not overweight are extremely into sports and with one of them his mom will not let him eat sweets. Smart mom.
