With so many exercise machines out there to choose from its almost impossible to make a decision.

I'm 57 year old out of shape and for the possibility of injury I don't want to work out with weights or do some intensity program like insanity.

My wife happened to find online the following exercise machine and was wondering if anyone out there had any feedback pros and cons. It would seem the machine wouldn't cause any undue joint stress or injury kind of like the total gym but not as expensive.---am i right or wrong.

I cannot comment on the PPG. However, if you believe you are prone to injury and are out of shape, at home training may not be the safest option. IMHO, getting support of a nutritionist and certified fitness trainer may be the safest (and less costly) route in the long-run. Also, I'd recommend getting fitted for shoes. Walking is a great program to start off with in loosening your body.
