Mine is 30" but my build favors that size.(I am not built for powerlifting) I was reading an article on gauging one's health and for males two principal factors were VO2 Max capacity and waist size. The higher the former and lower the latter the better.

You both look fantastic. However, your niece is lying to you about weighing 125. There's no way in heck she weighs 125 if she's 6'1. Those dimensions are Victoria Secret model dimensions and your niece just isn't that skinny. She looks fantastic and very healthy, but in that photo I would put her weight more in the 140 - 160 range.

I'm not commenting on it to be mean, but because I don't think people should get the wrong picture in their minds of what 125 pounds on a 6'1 female would look like. A true 6'1 125 lb woman would look quite emaciated and would definitely not have boobs, hips, or a slight bit of double chin - your niece has all three.

Nope she 125, I think it just the angle of the pic makes her look bigger, plus I'm small that doesn't help, she 28.

The girl in the middle? I'll put literally every item I own on this bet: She is nowhere close to 125. Put her on a scale lol. She is at least 155, but most likely more.

210 for the very left, and 220 for the very right. The center-left and center-right are gorgeous, and in near flawless shape too!

I think you are taking her word for her weight. You need to see her on a scale. My daughter is 5'7" and 140lbs. She doesn't have an ounce of fat on her body. She runs and lifts weights. The comments by patches403 are accurate. She is at least 155lbs.

I've seen her on the scale she my niece, so I know what she weights , we workout together.. Last I'm not her to debate her weight, I was giving an example how this whole issue of what weight looks like is different on everyone, some carry it better than others.

Unless she contains no bone structure, then you are the only one that is mislead. It is really not a big deal though so I'll leave you to it. Have a nice night

I think EVERYONE missed the point. Wildcard posted a picture of five women and went 5 for 5 on them all being gorgeous. Well done, ma'am.

Really, though I see the point she is making. Some people are just built more lightly or densely, which is why she is saying just height and weight can still leave a lot of room for variation. My wife and I have friends whose oldest son is about a month older than our oldest, a girl. The dad is over 6' tall and looks about as "big" as me. He weight only 10 pounds more than I did and I'm 5'7". His son was a couple inches taller than our daughter, but very lightly built. Our daughter, without even slightly appearing overweight, was heavier. She was/is built more solidly than this little boy. She gets it from me. I hover just under 170 and am pretty solid, but if you just heard my height/weight/waist size you would probably think I was overweight. If you saw a picture of me in nothing but my speedo you would probably not believe I weighed as much as 170.
