I on the other hand am a night person, so I go to the gym after my kids are in bed. They go down for bed at 8pm, so I normally head out at 8:30pm and get home around 10pm. I do this Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Saturdays I go to the gym early afternoon.

Lol I'm not sure if we have the same definition of morning person and night person :P Technically a night person isn't someone who gets up at 7 in the morning! In fact, I would murder myself with an ice pick if I had to get up at that time daily. I consider 10 a.m. way too early to be awake, and 7 would be like "I better be getting paid $500 extra for this" kind of level of earliness. Ugh.
How anyone finds any energy in the morning to work out I have no clue. You may not be human. You must be aliens.
