I go everyday from 5am till 6am. its a healthy thing to do and since i retired i find it to be one of the many activities i do throughout the day to keep my life busy and relevent .
OP must have found fitness and decided we all need to read about it. Good thing he did not discover CrossFit or we would be bombareded with "my warmup is your workout" type of stuff.

Was at the gym yesterday. Haven't been running for a while now because my dog is getting too old and I get bored too quickly on treadmills. I prefer spinning bike or rowing machine.
I run outside every morning before work - so this morning. I go to the gym every lunch hour - so lunch time today!
