My goal is to make flat belly and lose weight, hopefully 6pack.
Which could be more effective if i can chose one of below:
1) one day 1 hour running on treadmill, the other day 1 hour streangth and lifts
2) daily 30m running and 30m weight
Depends how you do them. Will the 30 minute run be at a higher intensity than the 1 hour? Will you be doing different types of running and weights on the 30 minute program?

Where are you starting from? Male? Female? Height? Weight? Current bodyfat %?
Also, I'd say 85% - 90% of it will depend on your nutrition plan.
The two options you listed above to "make flat belly and hopefully 6 pack" isnt really enough unless your intensity levels are through the roof AND your eating plan is great. That 30 minutes of running should be full speed sprints and 30 minutes weights Crossfit. If you are doing this and you have great mean plan, its totally doable. But 1 hour of just coasting on treadmill followed by next day of blaise lifting on whatever machine is available at the gym is not going to get you to your goals.
Day 2 - 40 mins of barbell training / 10 mins of cardio cool down
Day 3 - 30 mins of body weight training / 20 mins of cardio
Day 4 - 40 mins of dumbbell training / 10 mins of cardio cool down
Day 5 - 40 mins of Russian kettlebell training / 20 mins of bodyweight training
Rest days - do yoga or dynamic stretching
Wake up in the AM - do a yoga / dynamic stretching routine
Before going to sleep - do a yoga / dynamic stretching routine.
I strive to go to the gym 3-5 x a week. Every week i change up the routine, take out something and add something else. I add boxing for Week B, kickboxing for Week C, etc.
You will also have to look at your eating habits and revise them if they are bad.
None of the above. Stop eating too much. Really, that is the answer. Once you start seeing some semblance of abs, that's when you should look up info on how to define them.
hey guys, I have done and doing already the DIET~~ for over 5 yrs...now I am looking for intense exercise since diet couldn't make strong body...so I need stamina and 6 pack~
A good diet (hands down) will outperform any exercise when it comes to a achieving a flat stomach and developing a six pack.
Agreed. You can eat 500 calories in a few minutes, but it takes 5 miles of running at a decent pace to burn them off. So exercise is great for conditioning and toning, but to really lose weight faster, you need to cut back your caloric intake. I'm a woman so I don't aspire to six-pack abs (and actually I don't care for them on men, either), and maybe you do need to do specific exercises to define those, but I've always been trim and I find as I get older and my metabolism is slowing, I simply can't chow down on everything in sight and stay so slender as I did before I hit my late 50s.
