1) at 5pm, eat dinner and then(after 30min) weight/strength workout
2) at 5pm, weight/strength workout and then dinner
2 is better,
Eat after you train, but you might want to have a energy bar or pre-workout drink 30 minutes or so before you work out. Eat good quality protein, chicken, fish or ground turkey for dinner shortly after your session. Clean carbs, brown rice, quinoa, vege's. Drink lots of water!

Yeah, that would be a fine routine to get you going!
It will be something you'll want to deviate from eventually and fine tune it.
Extreme cardio as in HIIT. For me it was intense Spinning, Sprinting.
I agree that interval training -- sprinting for me -- is the quickest way to kick up your metabolism, and lower body fat. Then, hanging leg lifts plus planks have, for me, been the short path to a six-pack. Unfortunately, abs are the most difficult muscles to develop but once you see, and feel, results you become an addict and your progress accelerates.
Like any muscle, it will begin to atrophy from non-exercise (after, say, a month or two) but recovers quickly once exercise resumes. Then the issue becomes erasing accumulated body fat around them, especially that extremely stubborn last half-inch or so layer that forms a band around the navel! (It is the first place fat is stored in the body, and the last place it leaves from.)
Combine ab exercises into both days, since they are your goal and too easy to under-perform.
One more suggestion: Treat sugar like a poison.
Thanks and I know..that's why I always drink BLACK coffee. LOL
BTW,
I think I will need to take multi-vitamin, in addition to current Whey powder(ON natural 100% standard)..
Can anyone recommend a good vitamin product? thx
If the goal of my workout is to build six pack abs, then i dont need to do the whole bodybuilding training, right?
Just doing body weight or bar exercise ( without using machines and not doing weight lifting)maybe enough?
I dont need to build big muscles like a pro. Bodybuilder...
Am i wrong??
