Hello, how hard is to learn frontflip/backflip? I am young man in solid shape, but i never ever tried this
And unless you're willing to risk a broken neck and becoming a young man confined to a wheelchair as a guadriplegic, or dead, I wouldn't try it. But maybe that's just me.

Unless backflips or frontflips were learned and mastered when you were really young, you put yourself at great risk for a serious injury. You could probably learn it with a lot of practice and being coached by someone experienced, but just one wrong move and you can mess yourself up for life. A person that was trained as a child in movements that require balance and spotting (gymnast, skater, dancer, etc) has the advantage of embedding these movements in their brain and growing their body (undeveloped) into the movements and over time will execute them naturally. An older person assumes a great deal of risk trying to learn something like this with a body that has matured and developed without ever having trained this way before. That's why you always see dancers, gymnasts, skaters join the elite ranks when they started learning these skills as children.
Although we admire the prowess of gymnasts who flip and do amazing feats hanging from bars, that's not what Mother Evolution planned when she allowed us to stand erect. Same is true for throwing with violent motions -- like a baseball pitcher, or lifting heavy weights which was my passion for 40 years.
No, she designed us to stand erect, walk, and run for short distances.

Good post, first thing that came to my mind when I read the title.
Unless you have a need based on your sport, unless you have a death wish or at the least a desire to be a paralyzed from the neck down for life, I highly recommend no person attempt to do any sort of front or back flip. I don't care how fit or able you think you are, all it takes is one slip and game over.
