At 180 lbs, or 150 lbs they're there, just a bit smaller. Legacy of my days at 230 lbs. (and that was fat, not muscle, I assure you).
Me too, except it's over on the side closer to my underarm. My chest looks normal everywhere except near my underarm because the fat there makes that side of my chest look a little puffy and not well defined. My wife says I'm being ridiculous but it still bothers me. The only time that area went away completely was when I unintentionally lost a bunch of weight due to celiac, down to 130lbs (I looked like walking death at that weight) from 180lbs. But I've since recovered and it's come back.
Funny you should ask!
The lordosis and scoliosis, makes doing squats and pretty much everything else difficult. Back pain since age 20's.
Have done core exercises all my life.
The neck is crooked, probably due to above.
The calves that never grow.
Skin...
The flat feet.
The eyes have never been good, slowly fading away with age.
Joking aside, there are a lot of body parts that are working fine, so have to be grateful.

Your post reminds me of the poem Sick by Shel Silverstein.
