If so, can you share your experiences?
I sometimes use them for warm up, they're very intense. I don't know your fitness level, but if you're not fit, you won't last on them for any long period of time to burn enough calories.

I never considered this exercise. I will look into it. Do you prefer a certain brand?
It would appear that this is a lower impact machine for those of us with aging bodies as we get less limber. As I recall, years ago I went to a gym which had one, but haven't seen one since at one.
