We are in the market for an elliptical machine for our home. So I'm looking for product recommendations, and likewise, things to avoid.
My main ojective is to get a good, smooth, quality machine with easy/intuitive adjustments. If it's a pain in the neck for any reason, no one will use it.
None of us in the family is tall. We range from 5' to 5' 8". I've seen charts about appropriate stride length by height, and notice some machines have adjustable stride lengths. Sounds great, so that would prbably be a feature we'd be interested in (if it's really necessary).
Joining a gym is not my thing. Used to be, but that was many moons ago.
Do you have a store locally that sells them? Not like a Dicks but a specific exercise store? That's the place to go and get info
