Looking for some additional tips. I’ve worked out my whole adult life. I’m 42 5’6” and range from around 162-169#.
I have good strength for my size. Not looking to add any more bulk. More interested in dropping 7-10# mostly fat.
I have a home gym. Weights and bike and a long driveway 1/6 mile. My workouts are typically German body comp. Alt between upper and lower w slow sets and 10-20 cardio after.
I feel I’ve plateaued and a bit bored.
have started putting a 2/3 mile run between sets. So something like 4 exercises 2 rounds. Followed by 2/3-1mile run. Repeat 2-3 times. Warm up and cool down takes about an hr. 4x/week.
I know diet u I s a huge component and dialing that back in.
