Another huge advantage to going at that time is traffic (or lack thereof). And the drivers early in the a.m. are just so much better than the afternoon traffic. I get get to/from the gym in about 11 mins early a.m. and in the afternoon it's about double that.

7pm to 7:30pm. I get off work at 7pm.. So, go straight from work to the gym.

I just can't do a wake up and go exercise. it's just not in me.. lol.

I understand those who do.. and think I'm the crazy one (You may be right..) for going in the evenings, after a full day of work. But.. that's what works for me.

I go whenever I can kick my lazy self out of the house...try to hit the quiet times so I can use my favorite machines without any wait time...
