Did about 100 curls of 25 lbs on each arm last night. I have a spur of the moment date tonight and I would like that to have that post-workout pump.

Would it be harmful if I did another set of 100 curls per arm today and maybe about 50 pushups? OR will that just make things worse?

curl away. while youre at it, do some tricep kickbacks
