Jay Leno has nothing to do with it.

But I had an idea. Jay Leno starts back up again on Monday at a reasonable hour.

I'm thinking it would be a great idea to use that time to exercise -- using whatever exercise equipment I feel like using at the moment.

So every night when Jay comes on, that would be my hour of exercise. When Jay finishes his show, my exercise is done.

I need that "trigger" because I really hate to exercise. Watching Jay would take my mind off of it. I usually stay up late anyway, so the later hour to exercise is no big deal.

What do you think? Is my idea a good one or not? If not, why not?

If paired with a proper eating plan, I guess it could be called the "Jay Lean-o" exercise plan.

I think that is a GREAT idea..... the only downside (for me) is the lateness..... the show is on at 10 PM, making bedtime 11 PM earliest, but really later as exercise will increase heart rate, etc...

I think I can take your GREAT idea and apply it to an 8 PM or 9 PM show. That trigger is a great idea.
