I have a 'nordic track walkfit classic' manual treadmill. I have been having a lot of trouble keeping the belt moving when I try walking. I do not have the owners manual, but in searching I have found belt lube. How would I apply belt lube, and do I have to use special belt lube? Would another type of lubricant work? Any tips on how to keep my manual treadmill running smoothly?

Thanks

Belts that slip need adjustment not lube. Check to see if the pulleys are clean and the belt is tight then look for a new belt.
