JL Properties, Inc. - Fairbanks Residential Apartment Properties from their website. They have fully furnished apartments for just the type of thing you are looking with locations all over town.
You won't have to rent anything, they have fully furnished and unfurnished units in Fairbanks for your price range.

I talked to the lady w/ the ad on Craigslist. Very nice women. Pictures on the website made us look elsewhere. Actually, everyone I have talked to while looking for housing has been soo nice. It makes me even more excited to move there.
