Looking to rent a townhome in Fargo, ND (rental, townhomes)

I am moving to Fargo at the end of summer and I am looking for a townhome. I would like a 2 or 3 bedroom townhome. I have been looking at Osgood Townsite Townhomes, Mistwood Townhomes, and Westlake Townhomes. Has anyone heard about these? Also are there other townhomes that can be recommended. I want to live in a nice part of town and have a two car garage. I also have two cats.

I've never heard anything bad about any of these three options. Property Resources Group, Candlepark Properties, and Valley Rental all have decent reputations in town. You may want to check out what other locations those three companies manage and then just see what fits your needs best for location, amenities, price, and policies.

There are no bad parts of town; no slums, no ghettos, no dangerous areas.
