I'd say burgundy and orange would look best on your skin tone. Based on your picture, I really like the idea of burgundy.

The Burgundy. Shades of red really only suite browner skin tones, and are very visually pleaseing on a good tanned skin with dark features.

I don't know how brown you are but I just can't picture orange looking that good.

I'd vote for Brown, Navy and/or Orange.

Orange is a big NO.
Blue is ok, but not that color blue.
Burgundy would be good.

I would say the burgundy or the orange. Orange is one of those colors IMO that generally looks better on darker toned skin than lighter.
