Hi all,
I was looking for some suggestions on weekend wear. I dress up for work all week long so on the weekends I want to be comfortable. I know you can wear jeans but I am looking for ideas besides jeans. I want to be comfortable but not necessarily wear sweatpants. Any ideas?

Sweats or dresses, or anything in between.

Depends on what you DO on the weekends....

Really depends on what you DO. Dress for the occasion.

Me, a guy, my weekend attire is pretty much Nike, Lulumon Athletica or Addidas sports shirts with different types makes brands of shorts.

The wife wears all kinds of different stuff. So much that I cant even really say what - dresses, skirts, shorts, pants, etc.

I'd look for ideas on What Not to Wear. There are so many fashionable yet comfy choices without resorting to sloppy sweats.

Dude, it's Lululemon. For something you wear often, you misspell it every time.

As for weekend wear, besides jeans I like skirts and dresses. Not fussy ones, but soft fabrics that you can throw on with flats and a scarf and look put together.

Bwahaha! I made that mistake too, and it was Lao's fault! Then I saw a Lululemon shop and paused ... "Wait, what?"

Now that we are descending into autumn (yay!), I like corduroys and button-up shirts with moccasins or boots. To dress up, a long-sleeved shirtdress or a cardie and A-line skirt with ballet flats.

I find myself wearing a lot of cargo pants lately. They work during the hot days and the cooler nights. Super comfortable, too.

This time of year, I like gabardine or twill pants, or knit jersey skirts, paired with a low-heeled loafer and a classic oxford shirt or a light sweater. We've been having cooler temps with a gusty breeze some days, so maybe also a light jacket. It keeps me comfy without looking too relaxed.

Sound like no one here works outside/gardens on the weekends!
