What's good to use? Black men like me need to know, I'd like to start the clean as a whistle look.

Adjustable electric clippers with the guards if you just want to trim things up. The benefit of the clippers is that the hair is cut above the skin so you won't have many ingrown hairs or itching when it grows back. But of course you can use it without the guard for a "cleaner" look.

you shave it just like you would shave your face.
use a razor, hold the skin tight and shave it.

if you're really ambitious, wax it or sugar it at a salon.

I wet shave down there when I shower, this sounds odd but I use a women's razor and shave cream for women. Mens shave cream has more alcohol in it and it kinda burns. The shaver is more gentle to use because of how its designed. Products, Gillette Venus shaved, skintimate shave cream.

Are you looking to attract a man or a woman? Most women don't want a "boy"...they want a MAN...and men have hair! Trim if you like, but don't look like an adolescent! Not sexy!
