Maybe this was asked, and I missed it. What can I use to minimize the appearance of those wonderul mouth brackets (laugh lines)? They are getting rather annoying to see, reminding me that I'm no longer 30 (as IF I needed reminding).

Thanks.

L'Oreal makes a crease filler that will work for ones that aren't too deep yet. If they are more pronounced, you can have a prescription filler injected such as Juvederm. Other than that, doing gentle peels from time to time may keep the skin a little more taut and thus reduce the lines' appearance.

And of course use a good moisturizer/serum, sunscreen, stay hydrated, and if you smoke, quit!

I've heard both vitamin e oil and almond oil are good for lines.

That L'Oreal crease filler doesn't work if you apply make-up...sorry! Tried it!

The injections are your best bet, but they cost ALOT.....$2000 or more....expensive! They work, but they only last 6-18 months, depending on how your body handles the stuff.....mine only lasted about 10 months.

If I had plenty of disposable income, I'd do it again, but I simply can't afford that much for less than a year's worth of result.

I'm saving for a REAL facelift!!!
