I just wear what I was wearing before I went to sleep. The only difference is I take off my socks. There is no reason to change your clothes until you shower the next morning.
I wonder if this is a male /female preference? I wear a jammie shirt...my daughter wears shortss and a t shirt, my sons...wear nothing. Men usually wear nothing? Almost every man I know is like that.
